Breaking News! According to leasing Documents published by Mid America and Acadia Realty. Dollar Tree has signed a lease for the former home of GolfSmith at 627 W Roosevelt Rd. Permits have been issued to buildout the space. No official opening date has been announced yet. Stay Tuned!

As of August 31st, all signage has been removed from this Starbucks location. Google Maps also has this location listed as permanently closed. I have reached out to Starbucks to confirm the closure. Still waiting on a response.
